Lightning McQueen made his Hollywood Studios debut yesterday (March 31st) with Disney’s new attraction, Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy. The new attraction, on Sunset Blvd at Hollywood Studios is a 10 minute long, interactive performance. It will give visitors a chance to get up close with Lightning McQueen himself. You will also get a chance to see Mater, Cruz Ramirez, Sally and some other cars from the film on screen during the show. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet and greet Cruz Ramirez outside of the theater in the courtyard.
Marvel hit us right in the feels the other day when they released a TON of new posters for Avengers Endgame. We waited all this time to learn more about the movie and now they’ve honestly given me more than I am able to handle. When the posters first dropped I was SO hype. I love character posters (that’s why I share them so often). They give you an opportunity to see a little bit of the characters personality before the movie is released.
As a mama to littles, we LIVE on Disney Junior. From sun up to sundown Bingo, Rolly and Nancy take over our house. So much time is spent on Disney Junior that RJ calls Vampirina my daughter and constantly reminds me that her and Nancy are my “favorite girls” (#boymom). That being said, when we go to Disney seeing Mickey and Minnie are amazing, but seeing the characters that we have grown to love on a daily basis is even more special.
As a newbie I totally expected the Disney Junior characters to be hanging out in Magic Kingdom somewhere. When you look all over the internet, everyone suggests Magic Kingdom as the one park to take your smallest Disney fans. They’re totally not there. In fact, most of your favorite Disney Junior characters can be found hanging out in Hollywood Studios in Animation Courtyard.
Am I the only one who feels like it takes forever for these movie things to come out? I mean second to Aladdin, Toy Story is the movie that I am the most excited about this year. This is basically my entire childhood. My little brother and I had countless toys (should’ve saved them), and now my boys are in love with Toy Story as well! I was really excited to see this full length trailer come out yesterday morning. I totally waited for RJ to come home from school to film a reaction video for it but in true unpredictable 4 year old fashion he wasn’t feeling it, so no reaction for this trailer. But minus the preschool cuteness, check out the official trailer for Toy Story 4 below and let me know what you think.
So who are these new toys?
GABBY GABBY – an adorable, talking pull-string doll from the 1950s. But unfortunately for her, a manufacturing defect in her pull-string voice box has left her sounding anything but adorable. She has spent more than 60 years forgotten in the depths of a jam-packed antique store—her only companions are a band of voiceless ventriloquist dummies. Gabby Gabby knows someone will want her if only she can find a working voice box to repair hers.
DUKE CABOOM – a 1970s toy based on Canada’s greatest stuntman. Riding his powerful Caboom stunt-cycle, Duke is always prepared to show off his stunt poses with confidence and swagger. However, Woody learns quickly that Duke has an Achilles heel: He has never been able to do the awesome stunts advertised in his own toy commercial. For years, Duke has been sitting in an antique store, constantly reliving the failures of his tragic past.
GIGGLE MCDIMPLES – a miniature plastic doll from the 1980s Giggle McDimples toy line. Giggle is Bo Peep’s best friend. Small enough to perch on Bo’s shoulder, Giggle is Bo’s confidant, supporter and advisor. “Giggle is Bo’s Jiminy Cricket—we’re able to get insight on Bo through their relationship together,” says Cooley. “Giggle is definitely the smallest toy in the Toy Story universe. She’s been stepped on, vacuumed up, and probably put up a kid’s nose in her time.”
BENSON – a classic, antique ventriloquist dummy, and Gabby Gabby’s right hand. He leads a small group of ventriloquist dummies that serve as Gabby’s henchmen. With no person to give them a voice, these silent toys patrol the antique store with a looming quietness that is inherently unsettling.

LEADING THE WAY — In Disney•Pixar’s “Toy Story 4,” Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky, declares himself trash and not a toy, so Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. Featuring Tom Hanks as the voice of Woody, and Tony Hale as the voice of Forky, “Toy Story 4” opens in U.S. theaters on June 21, 2019. ©2019 Disney•Pixar. All Rights Reserved.
About Toy Story 4:
Woody (voice of Tom Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.
Disney·Pixar’s TOY STORY 4 ventures to U.S. theaters on June 21, 2019.

The Russo brothers have been STINGY ok?! If no one else has said it I will! haha. Up until today we have had very little glimpse of Avengers: Endgame. I mean, we could all speculate what the movie would be about. We already know that Captain Marvel is going to basically save the entire world. But since Thanos snapped his fingers and dusted half the population, we’ve all been left with our mouths hanging open and our eyes wide. I have been WAITING. And this morning, Marvel finally blessed us with the Official Trailer for Avengers: Endgame.
